Restaurant Food Delivery Q&A

  1. Text us the time you want your delicious food delivered, After you’ve  received your delivery confirmation from us,
  2. Place and pay for your delicious food. Once you’ve paid for your order,
  3. Confirm by text 352-729-1868 and we will pick up your order and deliver it to you.
  • Make sure to ask for your condiments to be place into your bag.
  • Ask to carefully put your liquids properly sealed and separate from your prepared food.

Delivery is how much?

$4.95 for in-zone area (an additional fee will be added for out-of-zone based on restaurant delivery locations.).
If paying by credit card there is a 3% service charge.
A 15% – 20% gratuity for your driver is suggested on all orders.
Gratuities may be added to larger catering orders that require specific times and attention.
Gratuities are NOT added to all orders.
An out-of-zone please call office at 352-729-1868 to make special arrangements if we can delivery in your area.

 What about tips?
Our drivers use their own vehicles and gas. They work hard to assure that your meal is delivered to you promptly and professionally. As with all food service wait on staff, they rely on tips as their major source of income. Unlike restaurant wait staff, our drivers do not serve multiple tables. They dedicate themselves exclusively to your order. The entire delivery process for our drivers from start to finish can take up to one hour.
A 15-20% gratuity is suggested on all orders. Our drivers sincerely appreciate your generous consideration.

When should I order?
Orders should be placed an 1 hour before desired delivery time. Delivery times average between 30 and 60 minutes but vary based on weather, traffic and kitchen cook times.

 How many restaurants can I order from at one time?
You may order from as many restaurants as you wish, however, a separate delivery fee will be added for each restaurant ($4.95 for the next restaurant pick up). Please keep in mind that orders from more than one restaurant may arrive at different times from separate drivers.

 What are your hours?
Monday – Thursday 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
Friday and Saturday 11:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Sunday 12 noon to 6 pm

When should I order in advance? 
We recommend that you schedule a delivery for lunch 1-2 hrs, in advance.

    For delivering outside of our normal delivery hours, please call our office at: 352-729-1868, to see if we can make special arrangements.We would be pleased to accommodate your delivery needs no matter the day or time!

How long does it take?
We do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible, almost always within 45-60 minutes. Please take into consideration that restaurant preparation time, weather and traffic may affect us from time to time, therefore we cannot guarantee a delivery time. Advanced Orders take Priority.

Will my food arrive to me fresh?
Absolutely! When you submit your order in to the restaurant, our delivery drivers are on the way to the restaurant to pick it up. Your order goes immediately into a specialized thermal insulated catering bag to keep it hot and fresh, and then it is delivered directly to you. You couldn’t get it hotter if you went to get it yourself!

How do I pay for my wonderful delivery? 
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover American Express. Cash is paid to the driver upon delivery. Credit cards are processed on our secure site after you have confirm with us that your food ordered put in and paid for.

What about drinks and plastic ware?
We can provide you with individual 12 oz cans or a 6 pack of sodas. We also offer bottled spring water in 16.9 oz bottles. Plastic ware can also be provided at a small charge.

Can I use restaurant coupons? Depending on the restaurant, when you place your order ask if you may use your coupons, however, we’re a private own delivery service that do not require a coupons. 

What do you do with information you collect from me?
Your privacy is our primary concern and we will never share your information with any outside person or entity. We store only needed personal information to delivery completion and direct contact in our secure and private database. So remember your password.

What else do I need to know?
Restaurants menus and prices are subject to change. If you want to cancel your restaurant order you need to inform the restaurant. However, your delivery charge still applies if the driver is already in routes to pick up your food. Please Call us immediately at 352-729-1868 if the restaurant has incorrectly packaged your order to schedule a re-delivery, we charge for re-delivery.

We aren’t affiliates with any restaurant or third party company meaning that we don’t charge restaurants to use an app or pay a third party for their restaurant ordering site.We make it easier for all.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

What if I don’t see my favorite restaurant?
Let the owner, or the manager know that you would like their food delivered to you by Eatz-n-Errands.

What if I am not satisfied with the service or meals? 
Note: All delivery service are final our drivers are individual contractors using their own cars.
We will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied with our delivery service, we aren’t responsible for any third-party errors.

We ask that you ask the restaurants to put your condiment, utensils and liquids in properly sealed containers separate bags from your food order. This will make a better enjoyment for you and a successful delivery.
We require restaurants to package your meals according to your order. Eatz-n-Errands driver will NOT open the packaging to verify accuracy or preparation of your meal. All of our delivery drivers are fully screened and are fully insured.
